Member Service Plan - Please Read
Setup of JamesTV on your device automatically allows it to become part the JamesTV System network. Which means that remote support can be achieved upon request. Without a Member Service Plan (MSP}, assistance can be provided on an as-required basis but at a different specified service rate. Member Service Plans are always recommended, are at an additional charge and be canceled at any time. Without JamesTV active on your device it will work like any other non-supported Android device without the extended service benefits.
The current $40/mo. plan is presently a promotional for new customers and only for a limited time period. Customers can continue to enjoy the full plan and all of the listed support benefits and pay on a month-to-month basis, as long as it is not allowed to expire. Expiration cancels the promo MSP monthly rate. However, those same cost savings can be re-established, after an expiration date, if a new plan is purchased for a full year (single payment). Standard one, three and six month plans will be available soon with prices to be provided.
Considering the cable and satellite charges, equipment rental fees and confusing costly network "bundled packages", your JamesTV will pay for itself in just a few months and continue to pass-on savings thereafter. As a bonus, you will enjoy better overall selections of entertainment content with a service team behind you.
