Refund and Return Policy

Physical products (if applicable)

  • Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your refund request and, if applicable, the returned item, we will review it. Items must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging with no hardware or software modifications

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards and any final-sale items (if marked).

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, and notify you of the approval or rejection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 10–15 business days (timing can vary by bank).

  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.

  • Damaged or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • If your order does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Services (monthly + as‑requested)

  • Monthly services: You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals; charges already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable once the service period has started.

  • As‑requested services: Payments are non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel before work begins, we can refund the payment minus any non-recoverable processing fees (if applicable).

  • If we can’t deliver the service: If we’re unable to provide the service as agreed, you will receive a full or prorated refund, depending on what was delivered.
