Remote services are available to clients who do not yet have an active Membership Service Plan (MSP). These services are charged by the hour (1-hour minimum) and support can cover most all aspects and issues associated with streaming devices and technology.
Remote Support are services that are provided away from the customer hardware and physical device connection (worksite) locations. In most cases, successful situations can be more quickly resolved without the time and expense of traveling between sites. Consequently, remote services are generally less expensive and much more efficient.
United Technologists has developed an innovative approach to installing, maintaining and customizing our JamesTV supported devices… by customer invitation. We can then only access your particular device and nothing else over the internet during a specific customer support session. Your personal network can never be accessed or compromised at any time.
