On-Site services are available to clients who prefer more personal assistance by a trained technician at the device setup location. These services, charged by the hour, are in addition to the JamesTV System Packages. Router, modem configurations and TV setup charges may apply.
There are those situations that clients are unable to perform the basic connections required to connect devices to their TV sets. Sometimes physical limitations, other times just personal discomfont with technical issues. We at United Technologists will assist with individual On-Site services on such occassions. The lisited hourly rates apply with discounts for JamesTV members.with monthly plans.
