Remote services are available to clients who have active Member Service Plans but are beyond the maximum two (2) call/mo. support agreement.These serviceses are charged by the hour and at a reduced rate for recommended Android TV devices.
There are those situations that clients are unable to perform the basic connections required to connect devices to their TV sets. Sometimes physical limitations, other times just personal discomfont with technical issues. We at United Technologists will assist with individual On-Site services on such occassions. The lisited hourly rates apply with discounts for JamesTV members.with monthly plans.
