On-Site services are available to clients who prefer more personal assistance by a trained technician at the device setup location. These services, charged by the hour, are in addition to the standard JamesTV System Packages performed remotely and may include the router/modem configuration charges if client does not have an operational internet service close enough for an acceptable Wi-Fi connection.
There are those situations that clients are unable to perform the basic connections required to connect devices to their TV sets. Sometimes physical limitations, other times just personal discomfont with technical issues. We at United Technologists will assist with individual On-Site services on such occassions. The lisited hourly rates apply with discounts for JamesTV members.with monthly plans.
